Get back in through the route you already have
Open Playtime to reach the PlayTime route, or use the app or bookmark you already have. The sign-in screen offers four methods: a phone code, a phone number with a password, Google and Facebook. Whichever you registered with is the one to use, and all four open the same account with the same balance, rewards and cashier.
If the app opens, start with your existing account. If it still needs installing, the Android or iPhone and iPad guide takes you there first. A new-player welcome offer is for new accounts, and your existing account is the one to bring back, so a fresh installation keeps your single registration.
The quickest way to sort a question is to name the step where it appears: before the app opens, before a form shows, after you submit your details, after a verification step or after you reach the account. Keep that step in mind through the page, because it points to the right section.
Four ways to sign in
| Method | What you need | Where it starts |
|---|---|---|
| Phone code | Your registered number and the code you receive | Enter the number, then Get Code |
| Phone and password | Your number and your login password | Enter both, then Login |
| The Google account you connected | The Google button on the login page | |
| The Facebook account you connected | The Facebook button on the same page |
Every method ends in the same account. Pick the one you set up first, and you are in within a minute. If you want a different method later, Security Center is where you set a login password.
The phone-code sign-in, step by step
- Open PT Gaming or the PlayTime page.
- Enter your registered phone number.
- Tap Get Code.
- Complete the CAPTCHA by selecting the shown items in the indicated order.
- Wait for the one-time code that arrives on your phone.
- Enter the code and tap Register Or Login.
The sequence typically finishes in well under a minute. Read the number once before you tap Get Code, keep the phone nearby and use the newest message if you request more than one. When the account screen opens, your profile, balance and cashier are ready.
The password sign-in, step by step
- Open the login page.
- Choose phone number and password.
- Enter your registered number and your login password.
- Complete the CAPTCHA.
- Tap Login.
If you have not set a login password yet, the phone code works on its own, and Security Center is where you add a password later. If your browser offers a saved entry, choose the one that carries your PlayTime number.
Identify the last successful step
Think back to what worked last: did the app open, did the login page load, did you enter a number, did a code arrive, did you reach the account? That one answer tells you where to start. A page that loads and rejects a code is at a different step from an app that closes, and the fix for each is short.
| Last step that worked | Where to look next |
|---|---|
| The app does not open | The install guide for your phone |
| The login page opens | Choose your method and follow the screen |
| You entered your number | Get Code, the CAPTCHA and the code field |
| A code arrived | Enter it and tap Register Or Login |
| You are in and want something changed | Security Center under your profile |
Naming the step also makes any support message short, which gets a faster answer.
Sort the question into its category
Most sign-in questions fall into one of four groups. A device question is about the phone: the app does not open, a screen is blank or the connection drops. A code question is about the phone code: it has not arrived or it was not accepted. A password question is about the credential: it was not accepted or it is forgotten. An account question is about what you see after sign-in: an unfamiliar profile or a missing record.
Each group has its own quick fix, and sorting the question first saves a lot of tapping. The sections below take them one by one.
One account on every device
Your PlayTime account lives on the PlayTime side, so it opens on every device where you sign in. A session on your phone in the evening and a look from a computer the next day show one balance, one set of rewards and one Transactions history. Signing in on a new device takes the same few seconds as the first time.
That convenience is why a new phone is a simple change: install the app, sign in and everything is there. It is also why a quick sign-out on a shared device keeps the account yours.
Check the address first
PlayTime lives at ptgaming.ph and in the PT Gaming app, and our buttons open that route. A glance at the address before you enter anything takes a second: it should read ptgaming.ph. PAGCOR’s directory lists PT GAMING at that address, so it is a tidy anchor for every sign-in.
In the app, the name PT Gaming and the publisher PLAYMATE LEISURE SOLUTIONS CORP. on the store listing play the same role. With the route confirmed, the rest of the sign-in is a few taps.
Read the label on the field
The field label tells you what to type. A phone number field wants your registered number with the country format shown on screen. A code field wants the newest one-time code. A password field wants your login password, which is different from the six-digit payment password. Reading the label once avoids a lot of retyping.
If your browser or password manager offers a saved entry, choose the one that carries your PlayTime number. When you change a password, update the saved entry so it matches the new one.
Keep saved credentials tied to the right account
A password manager is a lovely helper, and a quick check keeps it accurate. Make sure the saved entry names the PlayTime account and your registered number. If you use more than one number or social account, a short label in the manager, such as “PlayTime phone” or “PlayTime Google”, tells you at a glance which one belongs where.
After a password change, update the entry the same day. A correct saved entry means your next sign-in takes one tap, and it keeps recovery for the occasions that call for it.
A code that matches your request
A one-time code belongs to the request you just made: login, a phone change or a password change each have their own. Enter the newest code for the action in front of you. If you asked for more than one, the latest message is the one that applies, and earlier ones expire.
Keep the request and the code together: complete the CAPTCHA for that request, read the message, return to the code field and submit. If the screen resets, start a fresh request, and the next code is the one to use. Your codes stay with you, since support works from your account details.
If the code has not arrived
Start with the number and the result of Get Code. Check that the number is the one you registered and that the CAPTCHA was completed. Then look at your phone: signal, a second SIM and message storage are the usual suspects. Use any countdown or resend note on the screen as your guide, and request one fresh code when it says you can.
If it still does not arrive, note the time, the step you reached and the message shown, and send them to support. A message that says “Get Code was selected and nothing arrived” gets an answer fast.
If a code is not accepted
A code that is not accepted is a different situation from one that has not arrived. Read the message after you submit, and check that you used the code for the current action. Typing slips are the usual cause, and the newest code settles it. If the screen says the request has expired, tap Get Code again and use the new message.
When you contact support, say whether the code arrived and quote the exact message. That tells them the step you reached. The code itself stays with you.
A tour of Security Center
Security Center is the control room of your account. Open it from the profile icon in the upper-left corner. It holds four settings: Phone, Login Password, Payment Password and KYC Verification, each with a short form and a Confirm button.
Phone sets or changes your registered number. Login Password sets the password for password sign-in. Payment Password is a separate six-digit credential for payments. KYC Verification is the one-time identity check: your legal first and last name, your date of birth and a photo of an identity document, which opens withdrawals. Each setting shows a confirmation, so you always know what is done.
Recover a forgotten password
On the login page, tap Phone Number, then Forgot Password. Follow the verification and set a new login password. Have your registered number ready, since the recovery sends a code to it. After the screen confirms the change, sign in with the new password and update your saved entry.
If you no longer have the registered number, tell support so they can guide you to the right route. The recovery options sit on the same page as the login, so help is always one tap away.
Set a login password while signed in
Open the profile icon in the upper-left corner and choose Security Center, then Login Password. Enter a new password twice and tap Confirm. To change an existing password, the form adds a phone verification: tap Get Code, complete the CAPTCHA, enter the code and then supply the new password.
Use the requirements shown beside the fields, and wait for the confirmation before you treat the setting as saved. A password you use nowhere else keeps your account in your own hands.
Sign in with Google or Facebook
Tap the Google or Facebook button on the login page, complete the CAPTCHA and sign in through the provider’s window. When the window closes, PlayTime opens your profile. On a phone with several social accounts, a glance at the selected identity before you confirm makes sure the right one is used.
If the provider’s own sign-in needs attention, the provider’s recovery handles it, and your PlayTime account is unchanged. If PlayTime opens an unfamiliar profile, sign out and choose the identity you connected before.
Change your registered number
The number change lives in Security Center under Phone. It verifies the existing number with a code and then the new number with a second code, with a slider challenge at each stage, and ends with Confirm. The best moment is while you hold both phones, since each number receives its own code.
If the old number is out of reach, tell support exactly that, with the method you normally use to sign in and the point where access paused. Support points you to the options for your account.
Sign in on a new phone
A new phone is a smooth change. Install PT Gaming from the App Store on iPhone and iPad or through our download button on Android, open it and choose your usual sign-in method. Use the same registered number, and your balance, rewards and records are all there.
If you changed your number as well, use the Phone setting in Security Center while you can still receive messages at the old number. The procedure verifies the existing number and then the new one, and after confirmation the new number is your registered number. Keep the old phone until you have signed in on the new one, and the move is smooth.
App and browser sessions
The app and the browser at ptgaming.ph open the same account, so a session in one is a handy reference for the other. If one route shows your balance, the account is fine, and the other route just needs a refresh or an update. Noting which route worked and the message you saw makes any follow-up precise.
Keep the working route open while you try the other. That way you can compare what each shows, and your account is in view the whole time.
Phone checks that keep the evidence
If the app closes or will not open, a short routine works: close it fully and open it again, restart the phone and check for an update. Most cases clear at the restart. Keep the exact message if one appears, and note the time.
Reinstalling is a clean fresh start that keeps your account intact, because your balance and records live on the PlayTime side. Sign in after the reinstall and everything is there.
After you sign in: a short tour
Once you are in, the app opens to your account with the lobby, Promotions, the cashier and your profile. The lobby holds more than 2,500 games from over 30 providers, organised by category and provider. Promotions shows the welcome bonus and the cashback with their terms. The cashier offers GCash, Maya, QR Ph and bank transfer, and the profile icon leads to Security Center and Transactions.
A good first look takes a minute: check your balance, open Promotions and glance at the Transactions tabs. Then pick a game, read its information panel and set a stake that suits your budget.
A payment question can look like a sign-in question
Sometimes a payment that is still processing looks like an access problem. The Transactions area clears it up: the Deposit and Withdrawal tabs show each payment’s amount, status and reference. GCash deposits credit within one to three minutes, and GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete in five to ten minutes.
Once you are signed in, a look at Transactions shows where a payment stands. If you want a second pair of eyes, the amount, the time and the reference are all support needs.
If the account looks unfamiliar
Check which identity you used: the number, the Google account or the Facebook account. A browser with several saved accounts can choose a different one quietly. Sign out and sign in with the method you registered with, and your own profile, balance and records appear.
If the profile still looks different from what you expected, a short message to support with the method you used and what you see gets a direct answer. One account per player keeps everything in one place.
When a first reply misses the point
If a reply does not answer your question, a short follow-up helps: restate the one thing you want to know and add the detail that was missing. “I can sign in, but Transactions shows this status for reference X” is a clear follow-up. Keeping the same case number keeps the thread in one place.
Sign-in questions answered
Do I need a password? The phone code works on its own, and a password is an optional extra in Security Center.
What if I forget my password? Tap Phone Number, then Forgot Password, and set a new one.
Can I sign in on two devices? Yes, the same account opens on any device.
Is my payment password my login password? They are separate credentials with separate settings.
Where do I change my phone number? In Security Center, under Phone.
What if the code is slow? Check the number and the signal, then request one fresh code and use the newest message.
Where do I see my payments? In Transactions under your profile.
Write a report anyone can follow
A good report names the method you chose, the last step that worked and the exact message. For example: “I chose phone-code login. The CAPTCHA completed, and Get Code returned [message] at [time].” Replace the brackets with what the screen showed.
Add the device model, the operating system and the app version when the question concerns the app. Keep passwords, codes and unrelated personal details out of the message, and save the reply and the case number.
Know when to pause
If a few attempts have not settled it, a short pause is a good move. Check your signal, restart the phone and come back in a few minutes. A fresh request after a pause usually goes through, and support is always available through the route inside the casino.
Once you are back in
When access returns, check the thing you came for. A password reset answers the password question. If you signed in to look at a payment, open Transactions and read the status. If you came to play, the lobby is open and the cashier is one tap away.
The welcome offer, the cashback and the Reward tab are all in the same account. New players can claim a welcome bonus of up to ₱2,980, plus ₱20 on registration and ₱10 on their first login to the app, with unlimited cashback of up to 3.5% alongside.
Keeping your account tidy
A few small habits keep a PlayTime account easy to use. Keep the registered number active, since it receives your codes. Use a login password unique to PlayTime. Update PT Gaming when a new version arrives, and sign out on shared devices. Save the reference of each payment, and give your password manager a clear label for the PlayTime entry.
Each of these takes a few seconds, and together they make every sign-in routine. The account stays in your hands, and the recovery options on the login page are there for the rare day you want them.
When you want a break
An account is always there when you come back, and a pause is easy to arrange. If you would like a limit or a longer break, a short message to support from inside the casino or the app asks for a deposit limit, a cooling-off period or self-exclusion, and PAGCOR publishes its own self-exclusion and family-exclusion routes. Signing out and setting a timer for your next session is a gentler option for a short pause.
PlayTime is entertainment for adults aged 21 and over, and it is at its best when it stays fun. Your balance, rewards and records wait in the account, so a break keeps everything in place.
A sample sign-in message to support
If you ever want a hand, a short message works best. For example: “I am signing in to PlayTime on [phone model] with [phone code, password, Google or Facebook]. At [time] the screen showed [message]. I have tried [step]. Could you tell me the next step?” Fill the brackets from your screen, and keep passwords and codes out of the message.
Support works from your account details and the exact message, so a short note with those two gets a precise answer. Save the case number for any follow-up, and the thread stays in one place.
Sign in with confidence on mobile data or Wi-Fi
Sign-in works on both mobile data and Wi-Fi, and a steady signal makes the code arrive quickly. If one connection feels slow, switching to the other takes a moment and often does the trick. In a moving vehicle or a weak-signal spot, waiting for a steadier moment keeps the CAPTCHA and the code field in step.
The app keeps its sign-in method ready for the next visit, so a regular player rarely retypes more than a code. When you do want to reconfirm, the same few screens take you through in under a minute.
What each message on the login page means
Messages on the login page are short and point to a quick fix. A message about the number means check the digits and the country format. A message about the code means request a fresh one or use the newest. A message about the password means use Forgot Password under Phone Number. A message about the CAPTCHA means select the shown items in the indicated order.
Copying the message into your note, with the time, makes any support message precise, and most of these messages are fixed by one tap.
A sign-in routine that suits you
Most players settle into a simple routine. Open the app, let the sign-in method you chose appear, enter the phone code or let Google or Facebook confirm and land on the lobby. A glance at the balance and Promotions, and the session begins. On the days you want to cash out, the cashier is one tap from the same screen, and Transactions shows each payment with its reference.
If your routine ever changes, such as a new phone, a new number or a new preferred method, the steps in this guide cover each change, and the recovery options on the login page are one tap away. The account stays the same throughout, with its balance, rewards and history, which is what makes the routine so comfortable.
Quick tips for a smooth sign-in
Keep the registered number active and in reach. Choose a login password you use nowhere else. Update PT Gaming when a new version arrives. Save a short label for your PlayTime entry in your password manager. Sign out on shared devices, and keep your codes to yourself.
Each tip takes seconds, and together they make signing in a one-minute habit. When you need help, a short message to support with the method you used and the exact message you saw gets the quickest answer.
Choose your next step
If the app still needs installing, use the Android guide or the iPhone and iPad guide. If you want the welcome offer, read the offer guide. If you are ready to sign in, open Playtime and choose your method.
