1. Rich9 The VIP Club is open to all registered users.

2. A simple deposit of 100 is all it takes to elevate your status to VIP1 and gain the privilege of making withdrawals.

3. Upon a successful upgrade, your Rich9 VIP Club membership will remain active for the following month. To maintain this VIP status, members must fulfill the required minimum monthly deposit or turnover. Failing to do so will result in a downgrade by one level.

4. Rich9 The VIP Club status can be upgraded as soon as the necessary criteria are satisfied. Members are allowed multiple upgrades within a month.

For example:

If Player A is currently at VIP level 5 and meets the minimum monthly deposit of 25,000 or achieves a turnover of 250,000 for that month, they will advance to VIP level 6.

If not, Player A will be relegated back to VIP Level 5.

To keep their position at VIP Level 6 for the next month, Player A must either deposit at least 10,000 or achieve a turnover of 100,000.

5. Rich9 VIP Club levels and associated perks are not transferable, tradable, or sellable in any manner.

6. Rebates will be processed daily at 03:00 hrs, unless specified otherwise, and will be calculated based on the member’s valid turnover from 00:00 hrs to 23:59 hrs the previous day. The minimum rebate amount is ₱1, and it must meet a 1x valid turnover requirement before any withdrawals are approved.

For example:

Valid turnover for the previous day ₱100,000

Rebate 0.09% = ₱100,000 * 0.09% = ₱90

Required turnover for effective calculation = ₱90 * 1 = ₱90

7. Upgrade Bonuses will be determined based on the VIP level and are subject to a 5x turnover requirement before withdrawals can be made.

8. Valid turnover across all platforms will contribute to the overall turnover calculation for Rich9 vip Club

9. Bets that have been canceled, voided, or rejected, bets on both outcomes, or Sports/Esports bets with odds lower than 1.70 in Europe or 0.70 in Hong Kong/Malay will not be considered valid turnover and will not count towards any turnover requirements.

10. Each player is permitted only one account. Members may need to provide identification before accessing any promotions or bonuses. Players found with multiple or fraudulent accounts, those sharing an IP address within the same household, or related individuals may be ineligible for promotions and could face fund forfeiture and account suspension.

11. Players who are confirmed or suspected of having a fraudulent account will not qualify for this bonus.

12. Rich9 We reserve the right to withhold all winnings and bonuses if any fraudulent activity is suspected.

13. Rich9 We also retain the authority to modify, suspend, or end this promotion at our discretion without any advance notice.
